昨日（12月8日）はご近所さんとウチで飲み会を開きました
まともに料理のできない私は簡単なディップを作りました
レシピと言えるか判らないけど載せておきます

レシピと言えるか判らないけど載せておきます
明太子のクリームチーズディップ
≪材料≫
・クリームチーズ 100ｇ
・明太子 1腹
・牛乳 適量
・パセリみじん切り 適量
① 室温に戻したクリームチーズをゴムベラなどでよく練ります
② 明太子はラップの上に置いてスプーンでかき出すとキレイで無駄が出ません
③ クリームチーズに明太子を混ぜて固ければ、牛乳を少量混ぜ好みの固さにします
③ パセリのみじん切りを加えて、さっと混ぜます
（今回は赤を強調したかったのでパセリは加えていません）

・レモン汁 大2
・塩コショウ 適量
① 室温に戻したクリームチーズをゴムベラなどでよく練ります
② アボガドをサイコロ状にカットして、レモン汁で和えます
③ レモン汁ごとクリームチーズの中に入れ混ぜ合わせ、塩コショウで味を整えます
クリスマスも近いので赤と緑でいい感じでしょ
料理上手なメグちゃんは3品も持ってきてくれました
あまりの楽しさに時間を忘れ飲み過ぎてしまい、反省しております
