ミモザの耐寒性は-5℃なので、木が死んでしまうことは無いのですが
花芽が寒風でほぼ全滅です
去年のクリスマスはこんな状態でした ↓ ↓ ↓

4月下旬には枯れた枝をバッサリ切って枝を更新 ↓ ↓ ↓
11月下旬には2年目と同じくらいの枝ぶりに回復してます ↓ ↓ ↓
今年は同じ過ちを犯さないために念入りに雪囲いをしてみました ↓ ↓ ↓
背が高くなっているので、届かないところは枝がはみ出していますが
畑で使っていた不織布を巻いてみました
4本の竹を立て、足元をかなり頑丈にしてあります
ただ、縄の縛り方を勉強しなかったので不格好です
春には、かわいい黄色い花が見られたらいいなあ～～
その他、常緑のオリーブやホプシーは防風ネットなる物を巻いてみました
落葉しているものは、竹を立ててグルグル巻き状態です
明日は天気が良いので、よそ様のお庭でバラの誘引です
