自己流★ステビア濃縮液 ― 2010/10/25 20:27
今年はステビアを鉢で6株育てていました
きれいな葉を収穫した後の残骸で濃縮液づくりに挑戦です
全くの自己流なので、本来の作り方をご存知の方がいらっしゃったら教えてください
① 乾燥させた葉と茎を適当に刻み鍋に入れ、ひたひたの水で15分煮出します

① 乾燥させた葉と茎を適当に刻み鍋に入れ、ひたひたの水で15分煮出します
② 中身をざるに上げます （水気が切れたらコンポストへ、堆肥づくりに利用）
③ 半分くらいの量になるまで25分くらい煮詰めました
④ 珈琲のペーパーフィルターやキッチンペーパーなどでこし
冷めたらペットボトルに詰め保存します
この後発酵させると良いそうですが、よくわからないので一部常温保存してみます
大部分は冷蔵庫で保存します
使い方
これを100～1000倍に希釈してスプレーに入れて、土や葉にスプレーするといいそうです
このステビア液を使って、色々実験してみようと思います
自己流で効果が確認できれば万々歳ですもんね
