２年半前に買って鉢植えで育てているグズベリー
昨年も実を付けたのですが、どうしていいかわからず
熟した頃に食べてみたけど、甘みも少なくイマイチでした
だから、今年は青いまま収穫してジャムにチャレンジです

【グズベリージャムの作り方】
収穫したのは、たった８０g ↓ ↓ ↓
一粒づつ花がらと軸を丁寧に取り除きます ↓ ↓ ↓
これをやっていると『２度と作らないぞ・・・』思うくらい面倒くさいです
砂糖をまぶして一晩おきます ↓ ↓ ↓
私はグズベリーの40％の分量で作ってみました
一晩おくと水分が出てきます ↓ ↓ ↓
少量なので電子レンジでチン！！ ↓ ↓ ↓
600Wで３分くらいでいいと思います
写真はレンジに４分半かけて煮詰まった状態、時間が経つと固めでした
酸っぱいのですが、意外と美味しい。
来年も作っちゃうかも・・・
