今日は紅茶教室に誘っていただいたので行ってきました

訪れたお宅はとっても素敵で、部屋の至る所に素敵な飾り付けがしてあります　↓　↓　↓
　

一番感動したのはコンサバトリー

大理石の床は床暖房になっていて、とっても暖か

奥に見える庭はバラがいっぱいあって、バラの季節にぜひお邪魔してみたいと思いました　↓　↓　↓

今日の教室のテーマは、ミルクティー　

歴史から学び、ミルクの選び方、手順などへぇ～～と思う事ばかり

実際にスパイスをブレンドしてチャイを作っていただきました

トッピングにアーモンドを浮かべて、香ばしさを楽しみました　↓　↓　↓

教室のあとには、先生が作って下さった料理でランチタイム

きのこのスープ　↓　↓　↓

れんこん団子　↓　↓　↓

チーズフォンデュ　↓　↓　↓

かぼちゃのプディング　↓　↓　↓

ケーキのお共に紅茶　↓　↓　↓

庶民の私には夢のような時間を過ごさせていただきました

バラをきっかけに出会った人々に刺激を受けて、庭づくりにまた意欲が湧いてきます

これからツルバラの誘引の季節ですが、作業も楽しくなりそうです

セレブの方はいろんな教室やりながらプラスαがすごいんです
私は庭やバラにかかわっていて、ちょっとご縁があったのでお邪魔させてもらったのです
たまには、違う世界を覗くのも楽しいですよ
