ご近所さんから、リンゴやらキウイやらたくさんいただいたので
ジャムを作ってみました
キウイジャムは初めて作ったのですが
電子レンジ用のレシピがあったので紹介します
≪ 材 料 ≫
キウイフルーツ・・・・・・・・・正味300ｇ
Ａ砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・150ｇ
レモン汁・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ2
サラダ油・・・・・・・・・・・・・2滴
≪ 作り方 ≫
①キウイフルーツは皮をむいて5mm厚のいちょう切りにする。
②大きめの耐熱容器にキウイフルーツとＡを入れ、軽く混ぜ合わせる。
③<レンジ６００Ｗ・約１２分><レンジ２００Ｗ・１５分>加熱する。
途中2～3回アクをとり、混ぜ合わせる。
写真は1.5倍の分量で作ったので、140ｇのジャム瓶3個できました
今回も脱気殺菌をしていますので、こちらを参考にして下さい
生で食べるのにちょうどいい固さだと、酸っぱさがかなり残ってましたが
私は気になりませんでした
ただ、もう少しやわらかい状態で作った方が、まろやかになったかも・・・・
味は砂糖50％だと甘い気もしますが、保存の事を考えて入れてます

I think that everything wrote made a bunch of sense. However, think about this, suppose you added a little content? I am not saying your content isn't good., however what if you added a title to maybe grab folk's attention? I mean 電子レンジでキウイジャム: ミルキーの庭 is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write article headlines to get people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about everything've got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your website a little bit more interesting.
